Provide oversight and leadership to the preconstruction team. Responsible for the allocation of necessary resources and the quality/accuracy of the work product prepared by the estimating staff. Ensure Company processes and strategies are maintained and work to develop and mentor support staff.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management ; 10 or more years of estimating experience in construction industry ; Ability to prepare, coordinate and manage multiple large and complex project estimates for each project delivery method
