Perform quantity takeoffs on co nstruction building materials
Obtain a total estimated cost\, including all markups for a construction project
Identify ways to avoid errors in estimates
Describe and calculate the cost components of material\, l abor\, and equipment pricing
Prepare a quote\, write a scope of work and estimate subco ntractor costs from historical data
C alculate building permit\, bond\, profit and overh ead markups
